Bunisha "Toni" Dahn
Bunisha "Toni" Dahn is a Liberian self-taught mixed media and abstract artist from Youngstown, Ohio. Bunisha’s passion for art was cultivated when she was diagnosed with major depression disorder, agoraphobia, and generalized anxiety. Throughout her mental health journey Bunisha used art as creative outlet for healing and restoration.
Inspired by the human psyche, her work reflects the often overlooked abstracts and complexities of the mind weaving together both the conscious and unconscious.
Through her art, she aims to raise awareness and erase the stigmas surrounding mental illnesses.
