Recharge
was
inspired
by
a
book
I
read
from
The
Nap
Ministry,
which
delves
into
how
we
often
believe
we
deserve
rest
only
after
working
ourselves
to
the
bone.
This
mindset,
rooted
in
generational
trauma
and
the
constant
pressure
to
outwork
everyone,
convinces
us
that
we’ve
earned
our
downtime.
But
the
truth
is,
rest
isn’t
something
that
should
be
earned;
it’s
a
divine
right
that
we
all
deserve,
regardless
of
how
much
or
how
little
we’ve
done.
This
piece
reflects
that
understanding
—
that
rest
isn’t
just
a
luxury
after
hard
work;
it’s
essential
for
our
mental,
emotional,
and
spiritual
well-being.
It’s
about
intentionally
giving
ourselves
the
space
to
relax,
to
calm
our
nervous
systems,
and
to
recharge.
We
often
neglect
this,
pushing
ourselves
until
we
burn
out,
but
Recharge
is
a
reminder
that
taking
time
to
truly
rest
is
just
as
important
as
any
hustle
we
put
in.
It’s
about
breaking
the
cycle
of
overwork
and
embracing
rest
as
part
of
our
self-care,
our
healing,
and
our
spiritual
nourishment.
