Femi Peter is a contemporary street artist working in Lagos, Nigeria, who builds sculpture entirely from recycled material. Reclaimed coins, salvaged sheet metal, bicycle gears, chain and discarded machine parts are cut, welded and layered into figures and animals, turning the energy and improvisation of the city's streets into bold, collectible contemporary art.
